People started writing to Sarah and signing the letter 'love the show'. She said it sounded like she was impersonating Steve Wright, as this was a sort of catchphrase on his show at the time. So people then started writing in signing off 'SW's' , meaning 'Steve Wrights', intimating 'love the show'.
