Question about a Book

I read this book awhile ago. I can't remember the title of the book but I know the authors first name is Heather and I can't remember her last name.

But the book was about a girl who came across a man murdering another woman and he chases her and she ends up getting hurt and losing her memory of the night. Then she goes undercover with the cops and has to date a bunch of guys to see if he is the murder.

Thats all I remember but if anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
