there are 7 hills of rome, and a 61 inch horse is equivalent to 15 and 1/4 "hands". multiplied they equal 106.75 (or 7 x 61 = 427).

haven't a clue further than that though as to the name of a tale - too cryptic for me this morning!

Ok, horses are measured in hands, but they can be equally measured in inches, feet or metres, or indeed any measurement. In inches it would be 427 inches, which would be 31 feet 7 inches, approximately. Still no nearer...
The answer must be Saga. As 61" = 15.1hh. So, 7 x 15.1 = 105.7 and if you look at 105.7fm, you'll find SAGA 105.7fm West Midlands Radio. See: http://www.saga.co.uk/1057fm/pages/index.asp
