What is the name of the artist who paints a little mouse in each of his pictures?

I don't know of an artist, but Robert Thompson of kilburn Yorkshire was a furniture maker who always carved a mouse on his work, eventually becoming kmown as the "Mouseman". I think his family still continues to run his firm.
