The Tempest - Forbidden Planet (sci-fi film).
I think Throne of Blood was the best one, Kurosawa's version of Macbeth. Some more here:

'Get Over It' is based on A Midsummer Night's Dream.
A very strange one is Men of Respect (1991), a Macbeth retelling, starring John Turturro as an aspiring leader in a Mafia-ish gang.

Thinking about it...the most famous is West Side Story being a reworking of Romeo & Juliet.
