looking for an artist

I am looking for an artist who could do a winnie the pooh type pencil and watercolour drawing for me. My brother used to hand my teddy out of an upstairs window by the neck, just out of arms reach after locking me in the garden, I would be jumping up and down desperately trying to catch him (I used to think he was alive, was obsessed with my ted). Anyway thought it would make a nice Christmas/Birthday pressent for him. (we are now 40/42), if anyone knows someone who I could commission to do this, please let me know.

Hi...most teddy bear artists I've found online seem to be bear makers rather than painters, but there's a woman here. Click on the link and choose open edition prints. There's a few teddy bear portraits there. Look quite nice actually. She does commissions but obviously I've no idea of price.
