Unknown Book Title! Older book... Young Adult Literature

There is a book for young adults out there that I need the name of. It's based from the viewpoint of the oldest daughter of a large family, full of kids. They live in poverty. The second oldest daughter gets pregnant in the book. The oldest daughter wants to go on through school to study typing. That's about all I can remember. It was written a number of years ago - probably before 2001.
