How do the elements of nature in the novel Frankenstein parallel the story of victor and his creation?

Have you not noticed the way something disasterous always happens when the weather is really bad, ie storms, heavy rain etc. Its like a warning, after all Victor went against nature by creating the 'monster'. The novel is illustrating the dangers of doing this.
