Why not check Yellow Pages for suppliers, and then contact them, and ask for deails of the manufacturers who supply them, and offer to send some samples, and see what happens from there. Best of luck.
You could always try what a recent correspondent on Answerbank was doing and produce them yourself - think how much more satisfying it'd be to design AND make your own cards. There's always a market for hand-made or "cottage industry" style cards (without sounding patronising - perhaps, "freelance" would be a better word). As Andy says, whatever you decide to do, good luck!
You should send samples of your work to Hallmark or other card manufacturers. Alternatively, get them printed by a printer and then go round card shops asking them to sell them for you.
