We're trying to locate a children's picture book from the late 1950s or very early '60s. It's a story of a postman who gets fed up of delivering mail and starts making strawberry ice-cream which is so successful that he goes on to delivering the ice-cream, and then the mail, by helicopter. Does anyone else remember it? If we had a title or an author it would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, cancross, for the details. Good to see there are still copies around. We know where to look when our boat comes in.
