I found this by using the words "Tiger, tiger" in a Google search. The secret is to use the quotation marks, so that you are searching on the whole phrase. Similarly, if you want to search for William Blake, key "William Blake" into the box.
Sorry, I've looked at your question again, and realise you want some sort of commentary, rather than just the complete poem. Try http://nths.newtrier.k12.il.us/academics/faculty/medwin/Medw inPoetryWeb/4th%20period/TheTiger2/default.htm

You might also do a Google search

I'm not sure if there's any easy way of finding such a website on Google; I just looked at the sites which came on the "Tiger, tiger" search.
Tyger Tyger burning bright In the forests of the night What immortal hand or eye Could frame thy fearful symmetry? In what distant deeps or skies, Burnt the fire of thine eyes? On what wings dare he aspire? What the hand dare sieze the fire? And what shoulder, & what art, Could twist sinews of thy heart? And when thy heart began to beat, What dread hand? & what dread feet What the hammer? and what the chain, In what furnace was thy brain? What the anvil ? what dread grasp, Dare its deadly terrors clasp! When the stars threw down their spears And water'd heaven with their tears: Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the Lamb make thee? Tyger Tyger burning bright, In the forests of the night, What immortal hand or eye, Dare frame thy fearful symmetry? William Blake Tiger is with a y so maybe try googling that way
Penguin's 'The Concise William Blake' has very helpful notes.
As an addition, I recently read in a book by Mark Steel that the poem is about the French Revolution... Not sure I can see it myself!
