I'll set the ball rolling with 'wow', if that fits your definition. And I've often wondered why - when we almost bump into someone - we say 'Oops!' Why not 'Squeg!'

It depends who you bump into. If it were Osama Bin Laden the appropriate response would be " O sh*t". But its a good question.
