The Time Traveler's Wife

I managed to snaffle a copy of this book from the local liibrary having heard good things about it.
The story was a great concept but overall I felt it was a load of tosh. It rambled on with no real plot or conclusion.
I can't see that the book had anything to recommend it. Overall I really felt let down. Am I missing something?

No, you're probably not missing anything its just that everbody likes and enjoys different types of book and styles of writing, Just because lots of people think a book is great doesn't mean you've got to agree with them. Thats why, with certain exceptions I'm always a bit wary of recommending books.
