Is my grandmothers painting that I inhereited worth anything

I have a painting titled River Bridge by E.F. Krueger is it worth anything it has a serial number on the back.

Its a bit of a how longs a piece of string question this one. COuld be worth nothing, could be worth thousands. Is it a print or an actual painting, not that thats a major problem as prints of a famous artist can be worth more than an actual painting. You could taking it to a local auction house and they will give you an opinion, but you must remember that even they might have no idea and give you an incorrect value. Alternatively do some reasearch on the internet for the painter.
