Shakespeare literary criticism

Does anyone know of any journals/publications which publish articles and papers on serious (degree and PhD level) Shakespeare criticism. Since I am not a student (merely an avid and knowledgable fan) I find it hard to keep abreast of current thought on the subject. Also a way of finding out about upcoming publications on the subject and other recommended titles would be useful.

I am fed up with re-reading Bradley and Bloom etc. and wish to expand my knowledge and find forums for discussion.
