I have a 1952 hard back copy of Enid Blytons' Welcome Josie Click and Bun' It is a plain red cover, the book has no isbn in the cover. Published by GeorgeNewnes. How can I get a value for this book

The book you refer to should have a dust jacket. Without a dust jacket and with some colouring in of the pictures by a child, there is one copy listed on abe books at �11.
If your copy, has clean (not coloured in) pages, and is otherwise undamaged, it would probably fetch about �15.
Incidentally books did not have ISBN Numbers prior to 1969. Hope this information is of help to you. Regards. Schutz.
