Results and surveys are both plural, so no apostrophes are needed anywhere.

I would argue that the results do not actually belong to the surveys.

However I would bow down to any english scholar who disagreed.

No apostrophes.You need a capital 'I' though, and a "that" will help to introduce the restriction on "surveys":

These are the results from the surveys that I carried out.

There are no apostrophes required in that sentence.

There is nothing inherently wrong with the wording of the sentence but (assuming that you've already made reference to your surveys) a simple heading such as 'Survey Results:" would be more elegant. (Note the use of the colon, after 'Results', to signify that listed information follows).

If you intend to keep your original sentence (or something close to it), a pedant might suggest that 'results' should be followed by 'of', rather than 'from'.

Did you carry out more than one survey or just a single survey of numerous people.

You might want to say "These are the results of the survey I carried out."
