If the title you're seeking is 'Kobo: A History of the Russo-Japanese War, etc" it was originally published in 1905. It was written by George Herbert Ely and C J L'Estrange under the joint pseudonym 'Herbert Strange'. It was published by Blackie & Blackie but Humphrey Milford (OUP) issued a new edition in 1922.

Undated copy of the later edition for £8.50
