I have none of the details you requested of this sculpture in commemoration of the 1992 Summer Olympics but I can pinpoint its location as la platja de Sant Sebastià.

Ah yes, Homenatge a la Natació.

It certainly didn't aid my identification of the sculpture that I misinterpreted the figure playing water polo as one engaging in basketball.
