Hi,

This may be an unorthodox way to use this site, but anyway, I used to see a lot of live comedy, favouring observational stuff with a surrealist bent (Izzard, Noble, Moran, Hill). However, due to bringing up kids I feel I have lost touch - only seen Daniel Kitson in recent years. Grateful for recommendations on who I should look out for these days (i dont count TV spin offs like Mighty Boosh or Shoooting Statrs btw). Thanks.

Err........yeh, should have known better.
We've been to see Ed Byrne a couple of times, personally I think he's hilarious. Also Boothby Graffoe, less well known apart from a channel 4 (I think) show a few years back is very funny.
