In Pygmalion, whom does Eliza Doolittle marry in the end? was it Professor Higgins or Freddie Hill?

That answer is wrong!  It was Freddy that she married in the end.

Moonhead and 5029, actually I asked the question because I always thought Eliza married Prof Higgins, but then someone who is an expert on plays said that she married Freddie. So we'll never know for sure now!

In the Play, Pygmalion, she marries Freddie.  In the Musical, My Fair Lady, she marries Prof. Higgins.  My Fair Lady is based on Pygmalion but they made some changes which I can't remember in detail as I read it 25 years ago.

What Hgrove said is correct.  Having studied the book I promise its Freddy!
