i am trying to find the name of a modern artist(it sounded italian)who's works included a little wax hitler,on his knees, in a big room with a chess floor,a deer which has just shot itself in the head,lying dead on a dinner table...thats what i remember,if you know whom i m talking about please give me the info....

The two sculptures you are thinking of are, 'him' (2001), a minature Hitler kneeling in prayer and 'bidibidobidiboo' (1996), not a deer but actually a squirrel in the way you describe.
