WHO IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER/ARTIST

Last year there were some pictures in the daily mail by an artist, who obviously i can not for the life of me remember..... anyhow thought i'd give this a go and see if anyone recognised who i mean. The pictures were of women possibly 1950s look but made to look 1950s, and in one particular pic there was a woman leaning over a bridge, whilst in the background a man crashing his car......

A photographer or artist is the one who make his views as an art as a matter of soul and heart. The art explained by you is purely a great imagination. The girl was leaning over the bridge and enjoying the nature without looking at the crash. Wonderful. But I cant guess the man. I just want to share the image which i wondered of looking at it.
