If you have no luck, Les jeux sont faits is probably the most accessible of Sartre's books, and the French is really not difficult. I read it when I was 17 and very anti-Sartre, and my French was pretty average at the time. Have a go! Surprise yourself!
The only English translation that I know of is called "The Chips Are Down". It was translated by Louise Var�se in 1951. There are a few copies available on the internet (second hand book dealers, ebay etc). Try a google search with the following words in the search: "The chips are down"�Sartre Var�se. Happy hunting!
