I would strongly urge people to read Eric Schlosser's Fast Food Nation - does anyone have any similar food horror expos�s?

Well, the classic (as mentioned in FFN) is Upton Sinclair's The Jungle. But I can't think of anything else of note, that's modern and specifically about the food industry. Naomi Klein's No Logo is similar though, in terms of the dodgy dealings behind brand building.
