hair colouring

hi i dye my hair darker regulary and was wondering if i were to put some red streaks in it, how long should i leave it between dyes?

If it's just a few streaks then I would do it at the same time. Seperate the bits you want red, put the colourant on and cover in foil to protect from the darker colour, then do the rest of your head.
If you have very dark hair at the moment and want red streaks then I would think you'd need to bleach the sections first before you colour them red or they wont really show.
