Hair advice.

After having platinum blonde hair for over year, I decided I wanted to go back to my nautral colour of dark brown. I did this a couple of months back, however my hair condition is awful. It constantly falls out when brushing, washing, drying etc
I have thick hair and lots of it so my hairdresser has told me not to panic. But it's making my hair break off and I need tips on what to do now...?
Can anyone give me advice to get my hair back to a good condition and for it too stop falling out so much.
I wash and dry every other day or every 2 days. It's difficult to leave it longer as I have a chin length bob and looks greasy quickly.

Shampoo & deep condition twice a week only as your hair sounds quite porous. Use this brush to detangle:

hi bunny
as it happens, ive been looking on youtube tonight for tips on conditioning hair, as mine is in need of a bit of help too!
theres alot on there, applying olive oil (you can heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds if you want) and applying it to the hair, for a deep conditioning treatment.
has anyone on here tried it themselves, and would you recommend?
im tempted to give it a whirl....
have a look bunny, you might find it will help yours too..?

Oil can block hair follicles & cause dandruff. Creamy conditioners have lanolin that replenish the hair & is rinsed off after treatment. Conditioner applied to hair & left overnight before rinsing off will deep condition sufficiently.
Salons apply DC treatment with climazone heat to quicken the process.

Instead of too much shampooing, try a dry shampoo every two or three days, Klorane do some really good ones, gives the hair a rest from too much blow drying as well. Also keep it short, you could have layers in your bob for a while until the natural hair grows through, cut short in the nape of the neck.
