Perfume/after Shave.

Do you have a favourite perfume/ after shave?
How did you discover it? Do you have any stories to tell?

I used to wear Gucci Envy but it has been discontinued. Now I wear Burberry Weekend. Most perfumes I like on other people smell funny on me as my skin does strange things to them - I really like Stella but it makes me smel of old ladies.

I like the first CK perfume - I cannot remember what it is called - but they do not do an eau de parfam and anything else is a waste on me

when oh was in the mob he use to bring me back from trips lovely expensive perfumes ,but as i got older my skin must have changed because most perfumes smell like cats p on me ,i tend to stick to estee lauder now .

I've pretty much worn the same men's aftershave daily for the last 15 years after smelling it on my partner at the time and I suppose it's become my signature scent. I do like some women's perfumes though, particularly taken by the new Balenciaga Florabotanica and I'm hoping to get some for Xmas!

my 2 favs were discontinued ( Aqua de Gio and Valentino Rock and Rose ) and it took ages to find some other fragrances.

Paloma Picasso - it's one of the few perfumes which stays on me.

Prudie, I used to love Jazz (the men's version) but it's too strong for me these days!

Yes I love Jazz, Aramis, Chanel Homme Sport and Drakkar Noir - but that's because they remind me of luvvers!!

I am SO upset that my favourite perfume was discontinued years ago - BYZANCE by Rochas. I have been getting it from Ebay but the prices have gone higher and higher recently as all the stocks run out, until I can't afford to buy it now. It seems mad to me that a manufacturer discontinues a fragrance despite it's popularity, you can tell how popular by the number of bids when a bottle comes up on Ebay. I now can't find any other perfume I like at all :(
