My Tilly Twister Has Arrived!

Got my 'Tilly Twister' today from Amazon must say its great value for money and have tried it out you can really feel it working your core. 5 mins in the morning 5 mins in the evening and hopefully in a couple of months my waist will be back to 29'' and my hips to 36'' :-)

Can I just ask the Tilly Twister Clique.....when you are using yours do you stay facing the same way?

I go around in circles......is this what happens or is it because I have one leg longer than the other.....?

your supposed have both feet on the twister, not one on the floor pushing round. When you get to 10,000 rpm do you fly off and go Splatt! on the wall?

It is possible to revolve but with control you can stay more or less in place.

I'm investigating whether one side of me is more supple than the other now though......☺

I do both, Gness. I start off facing the full length mirror to the count of 100 twists, then I revolve, clockwise and anticlockwise for another hundred counts. Finally, I face the mirror again and do another hundred with my arms out at right angles to my body. That hurts!
