I Really Don't Know Why I Bother

I was convinced the other day at the beauty parlour while having a manicure, to have my eyebrows, which were very white/grey, tinted. Now they look quite startling, to say the least, makes me look like I have really made up my face, ( which I very rarely do), apparently in a few days they will tone down. Anyway, nobody, but nobody ( except daughter) has noticed. Not Mr.Sam, two sons or SIL. My daughter took a double take when she saw me, but nobody else. Why do I bother ?

As long as you’re not sporting the latest trend of two dead slugs Sam , then yes they’ll settle down in a couple of days I’d imagine

When you have something ‘done’ like eyebrows, hair, teeth, whatever, you don’t really want people to say ‘Oh my god. Look at you.’
You still look like you, just a little bit more gorgeous.

Mr S's standard answer when he fails to notice anything that I have had done, is......"Darling , I was so busy worshipping the ground that you walk on, I forgot to look up"

No Bobbisox, not the dead slugs. They tried to talk me into that a few weeks ago, I am very gullible and can be talked into anything, but daughter warned me off. It's quite expensive to do also, Microweaving they call it here ( I am quite the expert now ).

I was in shock saying I didn’t want shiny brows but apparently it’s a new thing where it captures stray ‘stick outs’ up or down, we will see haha

Mine hide under my hair! I have never done anything with them, even when younger, except plucked few stragglers underneath They were naturally a nice shape. These days they are much sparcer. I tried filling them in and giving them a bit of colour and it looked horrible. I preferred the unnoticeable look.

If you want to fade them a bit quicker try a little head and shoulders it clear of the rest of the eye area

i have mine tinted light brown ,my brows are very sparse but now it looks like I have some .
