How often can I dye my hair the same colour (i do this for condition etc). Would it damage my hair to dye it too often?

What kind of dye are you using - permenant or semi? I dye my hair every 5-6 weeks (going grey) and as long as I take care of my hair (condition and cut regularly) I don't experience any problems. However, if I was you, I'd use semi-perm. dyes, if you don't already. No point in subjecting your hair/scalp to more chemicals that you need to : )
