I placed an order on-line with a company called Pimpindeals and they have taken my money but I have received no goods and the phone number just rings and rings? what can I do? I s this a fraudulent company?

I know, I feel like such an idiot!! I'm just worried that I won't get my money back and they have my card details. I checked that the payment bit was secure but I guess that's not enough....
