No. But I know a great way to lose weight is to drink as much water as you can handle [ You'll be peeing a lot ], and to eat five to seven small meals a day, instead of two or three big ones.
Think, something you can hold in your hands cupped, without any spilling out.

I've lost around forty pounds this way. And you still get to eat sweets [ big grin]
