If your going to go under the knife, you should do loads of research, get referrals, have numerous consultations, meet people who your surgeon has operated on before. I have little sympathy for people who undergo surgery without thinking about the whole picture, insurance, aftercare, what happens if something goes wrong. I had implants 4 years ago, I researched for a year before the op and chose not to go for the cheapest option as I wanted the best possible after care I could find and peace of mind. My surgery was about 1,000 more than Transform, but I was reassured that I was going to be in safe hands with a surgeon I had researched fully, I was in hospital for 2 days after the surgey, rather than just an in-and-out op, with full medical care 24/7. You only have 1 body, I would stress to anyone thinking about it to really really research it fully.
