Eyebrow problem!
I have terrible eyebrows and they make me so self conscious! If i pluck them i get a really bad rash that wont go! I have overplucked them in the past and made a mess! They are thick, dark and the hairs a curly so they never look good. If i knew i cud pluck them to make them look nice i would but i just dont think its possible! I dont wanna go to a salon im to embarrassed! Any advice welcome - from a stressed out girly :-(

I think most eyebrows are wirey and curly lol.... you can get a mascara type wand with a clear liquid in it to shape them too.
When you are shaping them stand back from the mirror and look at how they look. Don't glue yourself to the mirror and pluck for England. Even if you only do 1 hair at a time and mirror that on the other side.
You'll be fine :-) and here's to gorgeousness!!!

I am a beauty therapist and we would welcome your brows at our salon. To be honest with you, we are much more concerned at providing you with a good service and making you look your best, than looking at your brows and thinking anything personal about you. Believe me, the salon will have seen much worse eyebrows than yours!! You wont regret having them done. I recommend waxing and then a tweezer tidy of any stray hairs.
Go on do it!!!

I have the same problem! (except mne arent curly) ive over plucked mine at the moment and my gosh the look awful. but ive had them done at salons in the past and they do a brilliant job! if plucking gives you a rash, get them waxed.
If you keep making a bodged job of it, go to the salon, please dont be embarrassed! Its their job to help people like us!
hope ive helped

hi tilly if you really are embarrassed to go to the salon and want to keep plucking them at home try warming the eyebrow area first with a cottonwool ball/pad dipped and squeezed in warm water place it over your eyebrow for 5 mins then in theory it should have 'opened 'the pores slightly and should make the hairs come out easier it worked for me at home (and that is how we were taught to do it at college when i trained to be a beauty therapist many moons ago) DON'T EVER SHAVE THEM...EVER!! they come back even worse!!! but do go to a salon if you can it doesn't cost alot and the place is so relaxing you may even treat yourself to something nice afterwards like a facial or massage to make you feel even better with your new beautiful eyebrows! good luck x :-)
Have you ever tried Threading??? It is much better than waxing and plucking, also meant to be good for sensitive skin...
