Oil Free Liquid Foundation

I have recently being told to try an Oil Free Foundation to try to keep the odd blemish that I get at bay. Can anyone recommend a good one? Many thanks in advance :-)

hi, i dont know what sort of budget you have in mind but i love the barbara daly oil free make up range sold in tescos, the colours are great and it costs around �5.60 or so if i recall, and lasts for ages.

I've used the following and like them - all oil free:
Revlon Colour Stay (around the �13 mark)
Dior (they do a matte oil free) - around the �20+ mark
Lancome Tient Idol - again - around the �20+ mark

At present I use Estee Lauder Double Wear which I think is oil free - I really like it.

My faves would have to be either the revlon (note they do two versions of the colour stay - one for oily skin and one for normal - the oily skin one is oil free) or the EL.

I know that some may regard the price for the nicer brands a bit steep perhaps but I do find they seem to last forever as a little goes a long way - especially that Estee Lauder one - a tester can last longer than 2 weeks!

I've used an oil free foundation from Loreal before which I always used to like too.

For a more affordable brand I like number 17 - their eyeshadows are great! I noticed that they have an oil control mattifying foundation which may help.

If you're not sure I'd go to a bigger brand of boots and have a general peruse and see what you're able to get for your money - quite often the brands like loreal/revlon/maybelline have offers on with a few �� off so you may get a deal!

any of these are oil free. can pick a colour right for you and get em cheaper on ebay

Lancome adaptive. or Estee lauder Individualist (around �22) Beautiful, beautiful foundations, forget high street crap they give you spots and dont have a proper range of colours like these do, plus they are oil free and moisturise where its needed and help prevent blemishes

Clarins do a really good one plus they have a whole range of cleansers toners and moisturisers aswell for oily skin. You should try it if you have the budget for it, as it can work out to be quite pricey. It could also be that your just using the wrong moisturiser and your foundation could be ok. Have a skin analyses done and see if this is the reason as it could save you a lot of money. Good Luck!!!!

I am already using Dermalogica's oil free moisturiser so I know that that is fine as I have seen an improvement, just want to go the last step and banish those stops forever!
