Long hairr

i have quite short hair (shoulder lengh) and i'm sick of it, i realy want long hair but i'm sick of waiting for it to grow!! is there anything that would help it grow faster ????

my nan takes cod liver oil and says it makes her hair and nails grow too fast so she's stopped taking it as she is sick of constantly going to the hairdressers...you could give that a try, it takes a while to get into your system I think though.

Years ago I bought some kelp shampoo from the body shop that I thought made my hair grow faster.

Your best bet is to have your hair styled in a way that makes you happy with it while it grows. That way you will not be so wound up about it growing. Also when I get bored with my hair I sometimes put a semi permanent colour on it just to add a bit of shine and interest!

Whatever you do, don't have hair extensions put in. I had them in for two years (had them maintained regularly) and they almost sent me bald. I still have quite thin hair even now. Better to look natural I say.
