I used to wear Max Factor Peel-off eyeliner in the 70's, does anyone know of a 2007 equivalent? None of them nowadays seem to want to stay on! Thanks in anticipation. Maz

I have never heard of peel off eyeliner. I just bought a newish product from Avon, its a pot of solid eyeliner that you apply with a brush, its the best eyeliner I have ever used and it stays on all day,in fact if I don't cleanse at night it is still on the following morning. Its called daring definition gel eyeliner and is on offer at the moment.Make sure you buy the correct brush for applying though if you decide to give it a try.

Thanks for that daffy 654, I will give it a go. It's awful when you have used something for many years and can't seem to find anything that is as good. Cheers. Maz
I wore the peel off eye liner in the 70s, my daughter who was little at the time liked to peel it off for me. I can't remember who made it, it could be Outdoor Girl as I bought their stuff at that time.

Hi Puss, it was definitely Max Factor as I used to go through bottles of it! I remember pulling on one end and it just "pinging" off!!!!!! WONDERFUL! and so easy to put on and take off. I just wish they still did it. You would think with some of the more outrageous stuff they wear that someone would do it! Ah well am going to try the avon one. Cheers. Maz
Eye make up today is a lot more subtle than in the 70s when it was more Dusty Springfield ish.
