Nail Surgery

I have quite good nails but my right thumb nail is the only one that I bite and its ruining the look of my hands.
If I go to a salon, will they do only the one nail?

a friends daughter had lost a toenail and she went to nail bar and they do her toe nail for her every few weeks. I am sure they will do it. Do try to stop biting your thumb nail, nothing worse than seeing someone doing that and if you have been doing it for ages i bet you are not even aware you are doing it half the time?? try to cover it up with a plaster or something and let it grow. Lecture over.

Update - I went to my local salon and had an acrylic tip done. It looks and feels great and natural and best of all only cost �3.50!!
