do women like or dislike designer stubble

just been reading a blog about the upkeep of designer stubble http://www.grooming-health.com/designer-stubbl e.htm

but before i went for the look thought i would get a womans opinion, what do you think is it a good look on a man?

Oh dear God, no! Irrespective of what it looks like, it's hell to kiss! Try rubbing some sandpaper up and down your face and over your lips then consider what your chances of getting anyone to kiss you are if you head down the designer stubble route.

Not to mention the fact that designer stubble looks v posery and is only suitable when matched with a sunbed tan, gelled hair and gold jewellery.

LOL! I like it - but it depends on whose face it's on. Forget the perma-tanned lot. I like guys with long, well-kept hair - and a bit of stubble! Wicked!

i'd say go for it. my boyfriend has it, along with longish hair (a bit shorter than noel fielding's) and it looks great. yeah, it looks a little bit pretentious but i like it. i've never seen him without it in over 2 years, but wouldn't have it any other way. however i do agree with SRH, bit sandpaper-y!

My hubby works outside and in the winter he has stubble/ short beard. So, He grows his stubble to the length where it's soft, but tidy. trims the cheek and his neck etc. Normally when he's clean shaven even a couple of hours after shaving it's like sandpaper. Just keep it clean and tidy.

stubble looks good, nout nicer than a rugged man with a bit o stubble, i love my hubby with a bit o stubble
