For the ladies, bikini line tip!
For the ladies here who have sensitive skin down below but don't want to go dow the waxing route (too painful!). I used to shave with ladies disposable razors, and ALWAYS suffered from red spots afterwards, no matter what I did. Exfoliating before did not work, anti-inflamatory / antibacterial creams did not work, I always ended up with the dreaded red spots. Well, I've been using a ladies electric shaver ( Babyliss) for a while and never had a problem since! It's been a complete "life-saver", so to speak. I use it on dry skin, and it comes out perfectly smooth, yet no spots afterwards! I just had to share, in case anyone was in my situation. It might just work for you too. :O)

In fact, it's totally awful on legs....lol I got it in Boots when they had them on offer for 5! I don't know which model, but I'm guessing they would all have the same result?
It really has changed my life! lol You're so right, the dreaded shaving rash used to bother me soooo much! I'd be glad if that could help people. :O)

I think I'll take a trip to Boots/Superdrug tomorrow.
I have waxed before and although I have quite a high pain threshold its pretty excruciating. I saw a product advertised in a magazine recently called Relax and Wax No-Scream Cream. Apparently it has an anaesthetic to numb your skin to make it more bearable. Not quite sure where to get it from but its 13.50.

Yes, but ladies, if you go to a salon and have their 'best waxer,' then it's all over in minutes and the pain is fleeting!
Waxing in itself, on a flat leg, is difficult enough, without all the contours and fleshier skin of the bikini line. It takes a beauty therapist a long time to perfect the technique, so God knows it would be painful for you max doing it yourself!!!!!!
