eye make up remover

Can anyone recommend one that takes off waterproof mascara easily.

HI Petal,

I use baby oil or noxzema. Really anything with an oil base. Baby oil dissolves it well. I think the key is to hold the tissue or cloth on the eye a bit before you start wiping.

I use L'oreal eye make-up remover. It doesn't have any oil in it but it does work. I can't use the oil based ones as it clogs my skin.

I used to use baby oil, but it made my eyes uncomfortable. Not heard of noxzema. I usually use botanics, but it wont budge this mascara!

Noxzema might be here in US only. I also might be spelling it wrong too. :)

I use the same one tigger uses and it does shift even the most stubborn waterproof mascara.I would definitely recommend it.

lush's ultrabland is fab!

great for face make up as well, I use loads of eyeshadow, masacara, falsies, eyeliner for shows n it takes it all off!

I use aqueous cream. I use it to remove all makeup off my face at night with cotton wipes and then splash water on my face. It can be used instead of soap for all washing because its got stearic acid in it. Great thing is its only �2 for a huge tub of the stuff. Get it from any chemist

boots botanics oil based one is amazing and cheap and really takes care of the delicate skin around your eyes so you dont have to really rub to get any mascara off, especially waterproof
