hair extentions
5 Answers
i'm going to be dancing in a performance soon, and i was going to die my bottom layer a different color but i ended up cutting my hair last week. I decided that i should buy hair extentions with the color i want instead of getting them at a salon (too $), but i'm wondering what type i should buy so that they don't fall out or come loose while i'm dancing, since my hair will be down.
any suggestions???

This hair can be glued in to your own hair-the glue costs 1 (dont worry its hair glue not normal glue) and it wont fall out no matter how vigourous your dance routine is, unlike the clip in extensions which are way more expensive- a total rip off and they can fall out. The glue is made of natural latex and can be removed at any time with the glue remover all sold in same shop (cost 1). or by gently pulling the hair after putting in some hair conditioner. Wash your hair as usual after.

I had a half head of hair extensions put in years ago, while I was waiting for my own hair to grow. They were professionally plaited in, then glued, and I was told they'd last about 3 months. It was 7 before I finally had them taken out - only because they were starting to look raggedy by then. Cost me quite a bit at the time, but they were worth every penny and looked brill.
Try an online shop called Pauls Hair World. They sell lots of different extensions there. I use hair extensions but like them to stay in for a long time so I use hair glue to make sure they don't fall out. I find clip in ones become loose easily.
They're really easy to put in, just part your hair straight (best to ask someone else to do it) and then apply the hair glue to the weft of the extensions and then stick them on just under the parting to your hair, then blow dry them to dry the glue!
If you can't find hair extensions that don't have clips on, the clips are just sown on and really easy to cut off, that's what i do! Good luck!
