i really want to lose weight iv gone on diets stopped eating and even tried to throw up !

You'll lose weight if you burn more calories than you take in, it's simple. If you eat between 1200-1500 calories you will lose between 1-2lbs per week (approx.)- that's the way to do it; steadily, so that it stays off.
I'm terrible at eating helthily, as I'm quite fussy, but as long as I stick to the set amount of calories, I lose weight.
Obviously exercise helps you burn calories, too. Good luck.

just count calories, it doesnt make much difference (in my mind) what the combination is but to lose weight I stick to around 1200 - 1500 calories per day. bUT...I its okay to have the occassional splurge. (just eatne loads of crisps myself tonight!) treat yourself now and then.
I also up my exercise... i don't have time to go to gym but try incorporate as much daily walking as i can into my routine.

OMG!!! Please down make yourself vomit. It will ruin your teeth. Then you will have another problem to deal with. You do have to exercise. They say 3 times a week at 30 minutes each. But, you have to be motivated. And you also have to remember, the older you get, the harder it is to lose weight. About every 10 yrs, your body slows down. At 30, 40 and so on. But, if you are still young, like in your 20's, then just cut out the junk food and get outside and do something, or just simply do some type of exercise. ( If you are a teenager, then stop watching TV and get away from the computer!!!)
