Does a laser get rid of cellulite?
Cellulite can be reduced or got rid of by exercise and healthy diet. Dry skin brushing can also help, (brush towards the heart) and massaging the area afterwards with moisturisers or oils.
You should exercise a minimum of 3 times per week. Do at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular training in each session and try doing a split weights routine, working 2 muscle groups per session. The more lean muscle fibre you have the more fat will be used as fuel, plus your metabolism will increase.
If you can't go to a gym, you can do these at home for your lower body. Do static or dynamic lunges 2 sets of 20 repetitions on each leg, also do 2 x 20 squats and 2 x 20 plie squats. For your hamstrings (backs of thighs) try stiff leg deadlifts. If you search online you can probably find visual examples of these exercises.

You can't pinch a centimetre of fat on my thighs, but maybe that's due to going to ballet classes from the age of two. It really tones your legs. Anyway, exercise and a good diet is the only way to get rid of it hun, and any stubborn bits'd have to be removed by liposuction or other surgical means. I think if you devised a good leg exercise programme, you'd see results within a few short weeks.
