Whats the difference between a model and a supermodel?

They don't earn huge amounts of money, maybe �100-�200 per day, but jobs are often few and far between, as there's so much competition.
A Supermodel, on the otherhand, is usually a catwalk model, they must be a minimum of 5' 8" tall and can command huge salaries. The likes of Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista and Claudia Schiffer were once deemed as Supermodels, I'm not sure who the new kids on the block are now. You may recall Linda Evangelista was once quoted as saying she didn't get out of bed for less than �10K.
