I know you said that you tried everything, but how long have you been trying the things for, i have seen huge people loose weight in 1 month, i am sure if you had a friend to running with it would drop off.
my legs always gain weight on inside of th thigh, i have bought some thigh toners, you squeeze between knees, quite hard at 1st but ok after a while.
Anyways getting out and about will give you more confindence, getting freshh air to get the heart pumping & also you should feel proud for doing it.
I know gyms are exspensive but get your self a free weeks trial, once you meet people your size it wont bother you so much, maybe then you can meet up discuss goals and work togther, there is no easy way to loose weight, but it doesnt have to be depressing either.
