I can't afford to buy a new pair of GHD's so can anybody recommend a good brand of straighteners that are relatively cheap. Thanks

whats your budget ems? i've tried and failed with everything other than ghd's and i swore i'd never succumb to them...but they rock and i can't deny it!
Ive been using remington 360 ones which seem quite good but i agree EmEd, GHDs rock baby!
I've been using ProAir and even my hair dresser says they do a decent job - seeing as I can't affort GHD of course!
Coriolis straighteners are very similar to GHD and are as effective. They are probably about 50 cheaper than GHD
If you really have no money then the ceramic coated ones at tesco were voted best for a tenner, but my hairs quite thick and they did a fairly good job for just straightening but nothing else, I now have FHi straighteners which are pukka from the hairdressers which were 75
I bought a really good pair called Salon Angels from ebay for approx 30 - I think they're just as good as the GHDs, if not better!
