My friend swims in hers China. In fact, she reckons that once on, they're a devil to get off.

I think the wench used a blow torch to weld them on when I wasn't looking....

Cheers for that, was just a bit worried about chlorine.
I've never had them before but I know someone who did and they nearly pulled off their nail trying to get it off so I think they should stay on.
Lol - it's true tigger. I don't bite my nails, but keep them fairly short. Fancied long red talons one evening, and this same friend put some false ones on for me. Well! I couldn't type in them, couldn't do up the zip on my jeans - and the ******* stayed on for almost two weeks. That included them being in water. Don't think the chlorine'd have a great effect China, because it's so watered down in comparison to the water in a pool, and it's not as if you'd be in there for hours.
sounds a bit fishy to me
I do wonder about the length of some..all I can think is "ouch!!"
I always try to keep my nails short but I've never bitten them. Sometimes I can't be bothered to cut them and they end up about a cm long.
As said above, if you've ever tried to get any off yourself then I don't think you'd be worrying :)
