Mascara in a silver bottle

Hey, i was on the train yesterday when i watched this woman of my age (23ish) oput on mascara in a shiny silver tube, i was too shy to ask her what mascara it was but the brush was quite small and it looked really good - got any ideas what make it is?! thanks ladies and men if your that way inclined... x
